The University Years
Not that it has had ANY affect on my game play (darnit!), but I have installed 2 hacks at this point in my game. I have installed the Cute Aliens hack and the Equal Opportunity hack (the second one lets females who get abducted get pregnant too). Unfortunately, nobody has gotten abducted yet!! *stomps her foot and has a temper tantrun* Anyway, just wanted to make the statement here for the record. :-)
As usual, we start off this chapter with a shot of those I'm focusing on. As you can see, Aspen has finally arrived at State.
I'm missing the picture of Aspen arriving, but here's her pledging. Oddly enough, she was accepted just as quickly as the rest of these guys, but they actually came over. Go figure.
Chamy, hon, aren't you supposed to be thinking about getting your cousin into the greek house?
"Yeah, but one of my lovers lives here. And I've never had sex in a toga before."
*pinches the bridge of her nose* Romance sims...
I don't even remember what Aspen showed up to college in, but here's the outfit she picked up after class. Doesn't she look like a little cutie-pie! Innocent and sexy at the same time. :-)
"Wow, we can really eat whatever we want here?"
"You bet!"
"The beauty of living in a greek house is there's nobody to watch what you're doing. Nobody tells you when to do your homework, you don't have to eat that horrible cafeteria worker's cooking, you don't have to worry your boyfriend will come home from class and catch you with your teacher, nothing!"
Ah yes, greek living from the perspective of a romance sim. :-D Can you tell I enjoy playing that aspiration? *giggle*
Our little braniac maxes out her Creativity skill within her first day at Var-Annya. She really should be Knowledge, don't you think?
Chamy maxes her's out just a couple of minutes later. Yup, they've added a couple of musical instruments to their study room. The kids figured they needed to have easy access to relaxation items after all that hard book learning!
My own mini version of the Alien Brigrade. *shakes her fist at those rotten aliens* How can you not want to snag one of these two cuties??
Boy, the twins sure are limber, aren't they...
Coryander finally pops the question to Andrew, who answers with an enthusiastic yes! (I liked him, but I didn't necessarily want him for one of my heirs. So, since Cory had been spinning up wants revolving around Andrew since she was a teenager, she got to have him. *grins* See? Some of us can be nice controllers and give our Sims what they want.)
Heh, I know someone just posted a very similar picture, but this was the first time I'd ever seen this happen in my game. Heather Huffington (I believe that's her name), a very prim and proper looking college "townie," came wandering by, uninvited, and started rummaging through their garbage!! Those crazy sims.
Chamomile got tired of the school girl look and went for a more mature, but still Romance appropriate look. She also took down her ponytail, which had grown long since arriving at college. I'm quite happy with her new look. So is she, I just didn't snap the picture in time.
"There's no way the boys will resist me now! Heck, even the girls will fall under my sway..."
Big difference from when you were a teenager and couldn't find anyone to give you your first kiss, isn't it, Chamy?
"No kidding! I wish I'd gotten to come to college earlier even!"
And despite all her woo-hooing, or maybe because of it (one of her lovers WAS an instructor), even Chamy maintained a 4.0 all throughout college. :-)
And here's the updated study room, once the kids had earned enough bonus money. A nice set of encyclopedias over the desk to help with term papers, a large rug to help muffle sound, a cow to influence to write their term papers (they ALL picked him to write their papers, since he kept coming over uninvited and nobody liked him), and, although you can't see it, there's a guitar there too. Oh and they upgraded the old greek house desk that didn't match the others.
And here's another conquest of Chamy's, the Llama mascot, Skylar Hanby. He's also cute and a potential father for Gen 4.

Chamy not only got our mascot into bed, she apparently performed with such skill and enthusiasm, that Marylena Goss, the Cheerleader, ran upstairs to show them her appreciation. Freaky cheerleader. Especially when you consider the fact that there were other people home she could have cheered for.
Her Freshman year, and already Aspen has sold a couple of masterpieces. Painted by HER, not her cousins! Although now they're helping to keep the baby of the family happy by having more masterpieces standing by for those quick fixes. :-)
Chervil maxes out his Logic skill! (It's just after 7am, hence the daylight. He'd been star-gazing all evening, with no luck. But since he was so close to max, I left him at it even after the sun came up.)
Although usually it's rather quiet at Var-Annya, rarely more than a single guest, there were definitely days that they saw a full house. Outside, still in the glow of good Woo-Hoos are Camryn Ying (Chervil's girlfriend) and Skylar Hanby (Mascot).
Inside, left to right, we have Cory in the kitchen, Scot McCullough (Repairman) fixing the stereo, Aspen on the phone, Chervil doing some last minute craming before his final, and Chamy working on Marylena Goss (Cheerleader). Chamy won't start anything with Marylena while she's still in college, since both she and the mascot frequently come in uninvited. I'm willing to risk having her get caught "cheating" with by one person, but two people is just BEGGING to get caught.
Oh! And something that's been bugging me... why do Romance sims need to be in love before they'll have woo-hoo?!? I mean, I can understand the other sim needing to be in love first, but a Romance sim should be willing to jump into bed just at a crush! Hmph.
You know... I'm not so sure Weldon is in the running as the father for Gen 4 anymore. I might save the fireman NPC for this lovely lady to marry one of the male heirs. Steffie, er, somethingorother. I've clean forgotten her last name. If her name isn't exactly Steffie, it's something close.
"You're already matching her off to a future nephew of mine and you don't even remember her name? Shame on you, Aeronwy!"
Oh, hush up, Cory. Just because you get to marry the man YOU chose, you know the rest of your family isn't so lucky. At least I'm picking pretty ones for them, unlike those Cleve lines!
"Good point."
And it's time for Coryander to graduate and head on to downtown Strangetown. :-D Not the world's greatest outfit, but at least she doesn't look like she's heading off for the RenFair like her cousin.
Geeze! What is it with people leaving a house worrying about Aspen? I mean, I know she's the baby of the extended family. And she's definitely been sheltered her whole life and is still quite innocent. But she's not helpless! Well, we'll just have to show them, won't we, Aspen. :-)

Don't you just hate it when those cheerleaders do that? They are always cheering when somebody's trying to sleep.

Maybe the cheerleaders were cheering in hopes of inspiring good dreams of pom-poms and laughter. ;O))
Anyway, great update! Wow ... what large breasts she has! *LOL* But they work for her ... sorta. I hope she doesn't tip over. *ROTFL*
